As a matter of facts, Hebrews, Arabs (Canaanites) and Europeans can coexist in Lebanon. I call to protect Beirut from fire and thirst.

La laïcité est la liberté offerte à la société civile. Une structure de neutralité qui élimine les énigmes historiques et psychiques. Non seulement, le traitement équitable apaise les difficultés que confortent les citoyens au quotidien. De plus, ils sont donc par cette voie de laïcité, et à sa face même, que légitimement soit régi le fameux contrat social. Ainsi, nous classifions les devoirs des citoyens l'un envers l'autre. Cette méthode de laïcité se concorde avec le soi-disant État providence. La laïcité et l'État providence sont des projets parallèles. Ils procurent une stabilisation commune et constructive de la société. En outre, une marge de manœuvre de sécurité en termes de sociologie et en particulier en sociologie du droit, est naît. Nous verrons par ailleurs une sphère d'innovation, de créativité et voir une classe moyenne qui rayonnent du fait de cette bourgeoisie citadine. Toujours cette laïcité, elle offre une zone calme qui absorbe l'agressivité et les animosités inter-religieuses et inter-ethniques. Le modèle québécois de laïcité de quoi diffère-t-il de la France? Nous constatons qu'un remarquable potentiel économique et une stratification fédérative canadienne laissent leur impact positif sur la société québécoise. Et modère une sorte de nihilisme agnostique à l'hexagone; en négation parfois avec des notions divines. Cette structure québécoise est un modèle parfait d'harmonie urbaine. La laïcité modérée du Québec précise des réponses à des crises que connaît un monde de plus en plus mondialisé. Avec une charte des libertés et des garanties du domaine privé individuel. Toutefois, des limites sont en place pour que la laïcité protège des dangers d'excès de réclamations religieux et au nom des religions. Effacer les us et les coutumes au nom de cette globalisation entrepreneurial risque de priver l'humain d'un esprit de quiétude et de réflexion profonde. D'où la laïcité peut venir faire face aux machines des marchés. En d'autres mots, en préservant un modèle de société qui impose la tolérance des différends, nous préservons même l'essence d'un progrès civilisationnel qui distingue la postmodernité en Occident. Cet avantage offre une plus-value aux ressources humaines en Occident, face à un Orient en effervescence. D'où le modèle méditerranéen européen, est-il le symbole de cette laïcité omniprésente, toutefois calmante? La réponse est affirmative et conclut cette béatitude des normes. C'est le droit civil observé de la pax-romana. Une uniformité des normes est libératrice et modératrice à la fois. Elle exclut le diktat intellectuel, qui risque de marquer l'univers anglo-saxon. Et ce en partant du darwinisme du 19e siècle jusqu'aux multinationales américaines. Toujours ce modèle laïque du Québec et idéalement de l'Europe latine et continental font en sorte de primer sur le modèle litigieux et mercurien des régimes confessionnels des millats que les byzantins et leur héritées les ottomans ont appliqué. Pour toutes ces explications abstraites, il est pertinent de mentionner qu'une loi sur la laïcité vise l'état d'esprit comportemental en premier. Le but d'une loi sur la laïcité est d'esquiver toute haine au nom de la religion. Les préceptes de la sociologie du droit doivent régir l'interprétation éclairée de ces lois. Enlever la croix du Parlement du Québec brime les intentions nobles de la laïcité. Un symbole religieux historique et national ne pose pas une coercition non plus une privation au sens de la nature de la loi. Dans le sens ou l'obligation juridique est définie par l'acte ou l'omission de l'acte. Toutefois, voir une policière voilée au village gaie de Montréal, nous impose des craintes légitimes. Nous nous questionnons alors au sujet de la subjectivité des valeurs qui entacherait l’application des lois garanties par la Charte. Ce n’est pas le même phénomène quant au respect d’une vielle femme voilée, coutume jadis des chrétiennes, et comportement imitative des musulmanes. La laïcité est donc un état d'esprit de comportement humain digne de noble mœurs sociétal, en premier et avant tout.
