Public International Law - Brief Definition
Public International Law comprises a body of rules which is concerned solely with the rights and obligations of Sovereign States.
In other words, it constitutes a structure of Soft Law focusing on the chronological interactions between independent
actors in Global Affairs.
The United Nations Charter of 26 June 1945 is a central instrument of Public International Law.
